Cleansing has become a common topic on people's mind now that we move into a much more health conscious era. With pollution levels rising and people suffering from health problems, people are looking for answers. One of the best ways to improve ones is through doing a cleanse.
It is has now become common knowledge that toxicity and toxins become stored in our bodies over a period of time. The type of toxins that can be found stored in our body can include: nicotine if we smoke, caffeine for those who drink coffee, tea or take energy drinks. Other common toxins found are white sugar (obviously for those who like sweets and foods with sugars in them), salts which can be found in a large amount of the different fast foods we eat and so on.
There are a large amount of different body cleanse programs out there: fasting is the most common, some require you go to a retreat for several days while others require you buy different types of advanced equipment that you use in your home can be dangerous if you don't do things right.
Probably the easiest and cheapest form of body cleanse in known as the Master Cleanse or lemonade diet. It has been around since 1941 and have stood the test of time with thousands of people experiencing phenomenal results on its 10 day health changing program. This program is best for beginner as it is considered a much more lighter form of fasting that can done adjusted to one's own situation.
