How to Lose 5 Pounds Week After Week

Here's how to lose 5 pounds a week... and do it again and again. I'll give you 2 tips related to diet and 2 superior weight loss exercises you can do at home.

How to Lose 5 Pounds a Week

1. You need to focus on having a higher protein and fiber intake

By having a high protein and high fiber diet, you achieve 2 major things for speeding up weight loss. First, protein is a known metabolism booster. Eat more it, you speed up your metabolism more. Simple. Second, fiber clears out your digestive tract which helps improve your elimination of wastes and waste products. Wastes only hinder weight loss, so when they get swept out by fiber, you immediately get some weight loss.

2. If you're going to have sugars, make sure they come from fruits and not processed foods.

The sugars in fruits are natural. With fruits, you get the pulp and or fiber with the sugars. This helps to eliminate or minimize your blood sugar from spiking up. With processed foods, they pretty much race right into your blood, spiking your blood sugar levels and causing many problems.

3. Do hindu squats

This creates a massive oxygen deficit in your body which helps you to burn fat, faster. What you do is squat up and down as fast as possible. Make sure to touch your finger tips to the ground each repetition so you know you went down far enough. Do anywhere from 100-300 a day, everyday. Don't go overboard at first, it's harder than you think.

4. Spin around in a circle

Strange, but it works. All you do is spin around in a circle, like a 4-year old child. Go for between 5-20 repetitions and make sure to stop when you feel like you're slightly dizzy. Sometimes this is hard to judge, but after a few times you'll get the hang of it. The reason why this works for weight loss is because it brings balance to your Endocrine System (which controls your hormones). You get hormonal balance.
