Very often we are aware of the reasons and practices that lead to gain in weight. Sometimes we plan to change them but find it difficult to execute our plans. In most of the cases, an attempt is made in right earnest but does not last long. Many excuses come handy. We may find that obligations of our jobs are more important than making any changes in our routine or style. Or, this is not a proper time because you are on the verge of an important breakthrough for which you were trying since a long.
You should avoid making excuses. Every day of our life seems as important as any. Though opportunities don't come daily but we are always on the look out for them. We forget that the most important asset we have is our health. Why don't we that our decision to keep ourselves in good health is also an opportunity? We should strive to make most of it.
Front-loading is risky
Striving to make most of it should not mean front-loading. That will be very risky physically and emotionally. We did not gain extra pounds in our body very rapidly. It took many years. To loose them should also be a slow process. Of course not too slow to take many years, but we should plan for a period of some months. Crash programs of sort durations may have some side-effects.
Generally many small servings a day is better than having two or more sumptuous meals. But this should not mean that we can have as many servings as we like. Their number should be limited and there must be a gap of three to four hours between the two. Skipping your lunch and having snacks many time doesn't make any sense.
Too much sugar
Every time snacks should not accompany with some cola or tea, etc. Consider the amount of sugar you consume with them and the total count in a day. Multiply by thirty and then by twelve. Now see, that is how much extra carbohydrates you have consumed in a year. Translate them in calories and than fat. This too has contributed to your extra kilos.
Eating is compulsory to make you going. If you really want to achieve quick weight loss, you eat less than the calories you burn. You can not remain hungry without affecting your agility and performance. So eating very scarcely is not the right answer. The right answer would be to burn more calories.
