How To Lose Belly Fat Without Weights

Are you just waiting for the right time to fit into your bathing suit, but you don't know how to get rid of that pesky belly fat? Does it feel like it is never going away? Now is the time for you to lose that fat without weights!

Ab exercise does not guarantee that you will reduce fat over your abs. We cannot just lose weight in certain parts of our body, by doing part-specific exercises. However, if we reduce our total body fat we increase our chances of losing body fat in the places we need it most. Here's a few ways we can do that:

Low Calorie Diets

Do those words "low calorie" really intimidate you? They do me, too. But, the key to getting onto a low-calorie diet is to start with one habit that you can change. If you simply make small changes everyday or every week, rather than all at once, then you will be much more likely to lose belly fat. Start with snacks and replace them with vegetables or fruits. Or try replacing soda with a low calorie lemonade or nutrient water.

Another part of this battle is watching the portion size you eat. If you go out to eat, try and eat only half of what is on your plate. Then, take the other half home and you have a whole other meal that will only take a few minutes to reheat.

Regular Cardio Exercise

If you're new to it, just start 2-3 days a week by walking as long as you can, up to 30 minutes a day. This can do miracles! You can lose belly fat without weights, but not without exercise.

So make sure you get that heart rate going, begin to transition into a healthy eating lifestyle, and you'll see the belly fat start to move out.
