Vanity Is Your Best And Worst Fat Loss Exercise Motivator That Pushes The Extreme

I would like to touch on a topic that has not really been emphasized on. It seems like the best fat loss exercise motivator comes not from the mind but from a person's vanity. And I feel it is much needed for people nowadays to discuss more and more about the right, and the wrong with regard to weight loss.

Weight loss has taken a whole new meaning in the 21st century. Everybody feels that they have to look good. We all know that we live in a society that emphasizes a lot on a person's outer beauty. And the sad part is, there is not really much anybody can do to change it. The Media has played a substantial role in making sure that the world is constantly being reminded about how imperfect they actually are. And one question women always feel that they should ask. More than any other question is. Do I look fat?

It seems that weight loss is no longer a means of leading a healthier life but rather a way to look good. People do not want to burn off fat. They want to loose the fat. So what is the difference between burning off fat and losing fat? Well, those who want to burn off fat do so because they want to lead a healthy life. They want to keep themselves healthy. So they opt for regular exercise regime and a good well balanced nutritional diet. And as for those who want to lose fat. It just means that they will try any and all means necessary to make sure that they lose all that excess weight.

Plastic Surgery and extreme diets are two main examples of bad weight loss habits. Plastic Surgery has been known to lead to complications that may arise after a Liposuction surgery. No matter how much of an expert the Surgeon may be. Accidents do occur, and as such the possibility of things going wrong will always be there. For those who practice extreme diets may eventually start to suffer from malnutrition. And prolonged psychological damage caused by the desire to lose more and more weight may give rise to Anorexia. In which case no matter how much weight person may lose, they will always look fat to their own selves in the mirror.

Please take some time to think if the fat loss motivator in you is driven by your vanity. I know that we may never be able to change the view of the world on outer beauty. It is something programmed into our senses. But we must learn to understand that there are no short cuts. Not even to losing weight. And one has to be responsible for one's own body and health. For losing weight is one thing. But you have to make sure that you don't lose you health or in worse cases, your mind as well.
