This would be great as it is but it actually goes one better than this as rather than simply maintaining your metabolism it speeds up your metabolism. Fast weight loss can be achieved with an exercise routine but it would have to be a very rigorous one, and if you don't usually do much exercise this can result in injury as your body simply won't be up to the strain.If you don't like the idea of exercise then calorie shifting is the perfect diet for you. Simply stick to the 4 meal plan and drink the recommended water each day and you will soon see results.

I'm not saying you should avoid exercise as done in the right amount it obviously has its health benefits and alongside something like a calorie shifting diet it adds even greater results. Now you know how to lose 20 pounds a month it is time to take action
